Innovation Starts With You.

Welcome, Researchers!

At CanEndo, we believe in the power of collaboration and comprehensive data collection to revolutionize gastrointestinal (GI) healthcare in Canada. We invite researchers from various disciplines to join us in our mission to enhance the understanding and improve the standard of care for Canadian populations.

Why Collaborate with CanEndo?

Access to Comprehensive and Granular Data: CanEndo is a prospective research registry that collects procedure-specific data from a wide range of GI endoscopy procedures. With our robust data collection infrastructure, we capture patient and endoscopist information, procedural data, pre-, peri-, and postprocedural data, and data from patient follow-up(s). This comprehensive dataset provides valuable insights into various aspects of GI healthcare.

Addressing Key Research Questions: By working with CanEndo, researchers have the opportunity to answer important outcomes-related questions across all disciplines of GI endoscopy. Whether you're interested in exploring patient quality of life, trainee learning curves, or procedure quality, our data collection items are designed to support research initiatives that aim to improve healthcare outcomes and inform management policies.

Collaborative Network: CanEndo is committed to fostering collaboration among researchers across Canada. As we expand to become a multi-centre registry, joining CanEndo provides access to a network of researchers, clinicians, and experts in the field of GI endoscopy. This collaborative environment encourages the exchange of ideas, promotes interdisciplinary research, and creates opportunities for knowledge sharing.

Influencing Guidelines and Policies: CanEndo's ultimate goal is to develop the next generation of evidence-based guidelines that will improve GI-related healthcare in Canada. By contributing to our research initiatives, you have the opportunity to shape the development of management policies, strategies to prevent GI diseases, and nationwide guidelines that will have a direct impact on Canadian population health.
